SENATE ADVANCES KOSA AS DEMOCRATS BLOCK AGE VERIFICATION...
Senate Commerce Committee passed the Kids Online Safety Act out of committee yesterday. At the same time Democrats unanimously blocked the SCREEN Act’s age-verification measure for porn. APP has led the charge for age verification laws now in 24 states. SCOTUS upheld Texas’ law 6-3 in June 2025. Our February 2026 Cygnal poll shows 81% support for porn age verification — 66% strongly — the highest intensity of any issue tested. App-store verification hits 83% support across parties.
